Being part of the local community and helping out with positive causes on a grassroots level is an important ethos for Anantara Vacation Club. Our Club Owners welcome charitable acts that better the lives of those people indigenous to our Anantara Vacation Club destinations.

Together, Club Owners staying at the 18-villa boutique resort, Anantara Vacation Club Bali Seminyak, successfully raised money, with many donating a USD $1 each night of their stay to two good causes. Each organization helps kids and their families in Bali who are struggling, through practical help and outreach work. Donations were collected from the beginning of July to the end of September this year.

As Director of Operations at Anantara Vacation Club Bali Seminyak, Jonathan Sweeney Lowe, expresses, "Being part of the Bali community, we are delighted to engage with our Club Owners and guests to support our neighbours and friends. Sole Men and Bali Kids do such commendable work to help disadvantaged families in Bali, and we are grateful to them and to our Club Owners for their commitment to improving lives.”

About Sole Men
Sole Men is a Bali-based nonprofit foundation that works with accredited agencies, businesses and community organisations to alleviate suffering and support the disadvantaged in Bali. Sole Men provides health, safety and environmental education as well as direct relief for families and people in need. Sole Men’s Outreach Crew identifies cases of individual suffering and quickly mobilises within the neighbourhood or community to provide relief for that person and their family. About Bali Kids
Founded in 2005, Bali Kids provides a clean, safe environment for Balinese orphans requiring special care. At the Eran Svigos Clinic, Bali Kids provides medical attention and preventive care for children in crisis who require pre- or post-operative recuperation and treatment. Bali Kids helps coordinate the logistics of treatment and surgery. In addition, Bali Kids provides a mobile medical service that travels the country providing preventive and immediate medical care to more than 600 children each month.
